mostly cope, anyone can use good lighting so if you aren't using it for your pictures that means you're a retard rather than everyone else being a fraud.
that being said, non-diffused overhead lighting is the best for most physique pictures, if you're using the sun as an overhead source you have to turn sideways away from the source slightly or else it washes all your features away.
if you want to fraud the fuck out of mirror selfies just get some of those stick on hollywood lights and spend hours re-arranging them for the most fraudulent effect possible.
