What is making the right side of my face assymetrical

The right side of my face looks malformed compared to my left which is much more sharper, btw yes my nose is wonky because I have a very extreme deviated septum

Well since its a skeletal asymmetry softmaxxing cant do much as it isnt a muscle or soft tissue related assymetry and your masater muscles seem fine so the way to fix it would be with BSSO surgery to align both sides of the mandible together or maybe implants but since ur still developing don't do them yet let ur bones finish developing and if it stays surgery can be a way to get rid of the problem
