If it's high quality and KSM-66, then you only need 600mg to feel the effects

One certain way to test if it's placebo or not, is if you have vivid memorable long dreams in the first days you take them. I get mine from Nootropics Depot. Also, I'd advise cycling it. Your body gets used to Ash if you take it 24/7. three weeks on, 1 week off is what I find ideal

I take minimum 2 capsules a day=1 gram but best effects felt taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening before you go to bed, although I have taken as much as six in one day before. Also cycle it like @Clark69 said
