You need really dark brown/black eyes to the point where your iris isn't visible at all or only if someone flashes a flashlight on your eyes , these kind of eyes are intimidating because they look souless,

light brown eyes look like shit and barely intimidating.

Blue eyes can look intimidating but not every time.

It's mostly depends on eyebrows, eyebrow color, limbal rings if you have blue eyes, shape of the eye etc
