I have Neutral and i just wanted to know is it better to have neutral tilt and hooded eyes or postive tilt and no hooded eyes

I literally have those traits to my eyes are not entirely hooded. I have a very slight uper eyelid exposure. Tho i got my hooding through puberty (browbridge i assume) and my eyebrows also became more full then
