What is MSM good for?

I've heard some talk about MSM as a looksmaxing supplement? Is it just bullshit or is it good for something?

Ah, now we're talking! I already take vit c along with d3, zinc, magn, betacarotene, ashwagandha. I've also been thinking of starting to take k2 as I'm still 18 and face is supposed to still be growing. However best k2 I can get here is only 200millig, would buying some be waste of money?

they should make them more like the proper color of blue eyes. so generally speaking they should probably make them more blue / dark blue
