Ur wrong on all but that i have underdeveloped delts atm. My biceps are in between long and short, best of both worlds. Short biceps is a death sentence if you think that’s good then go ER. My abs are nearly perfectly symetrical 8 pack and one of my best insertions it just isn’t visable in that pic because of the pose and me not flexing. I don’t train abs cause i want to Keep my waist downthe fact that you don't actually have good insertions.
