Looks alright but mandible recessed. Main strength is no feature is aggressive offputting or loud, and good hair. Perhaps shave moustache as I don’t think it suits your soft features.

You don't really have strong masculine features (not a bad thing, you are only 16), which is why the moustache and the way you look into the camera rather looks creepy.
