Hard to say exactly b/c of angle, lighting, and idk how your body fat is distributed. Everyone is different in that regard.

I think anywhere from 15-18, but probably about 16. Get a Dexa Scan if you want to know for sure.

220lbs on roids. Rn is 168lbs, lost all glycogen and water retention. I honestly prefer Mt current physique, I got the perfect shoulder waist ratio.

I'm much leaner than on picture. Used to do steroids and fuckrd up my skin texture permanently, I don't have collagen too. Ruins the muscle definition.

Was on a shit ton of steroids a while back. Lost alot of muscle so my skin isn't as tight as before but not to the point there's visible loose skin
