What do you think my BF% is? About 20%??
I'd like to get down to 10-12%,but i don't know how much weight i should loose.

Same as me around 20-25 you probably need to be around 75 or so

even though you say you are 6ft something about your body tells me you are a manlet ngl, your body fat is around 17-20%
