@OldVirgin has the same issue as me. It's the curse of being tall. They only show guys like The Rock with perfect proportions on TV. They never show the 99% of lanklets who have bad proportions and frame.

i recently was in swimming pool and everybody who was taller than 6'2 is shaped like this, being too tall is worst thing a male can have

Naked was before. Picture in shirt is now. I am bloated so no shirtless pics. I have subhuman height (6'7") so it's very hard for me to gymmaxx without getting very bloated. I would trade anything to be 5'9"-5'10" with a good frame and proportions.

I can't tell tbh. I'd have to see multiple photos. But based off this one picture id say you have a sub optimal frame. But what makes it worst is that your hips look wider than your shoulder size. You can be a lanklet but still look decent if you have small hips and decent sized shoulder bones.

focus on upper body hypertrophy.
Just do pistol squat and lunges for lower body .
Part with Training priority.
1.) Back.
2.) Shoulder.
If I was you I would focus on these part 70% time , till it balances out your wide hips.
Eat in calorie surplus.
