Start with the things you can control. Darken your eye brows, shave, organize your hair

Claim sleep problems or sum to ur doctor for the septum fix for free. Claim one side is always blocked and you want it fixed.

Also cant tell if you have a nct so maybe get a canthoplasty or canthopexy?

My ct is neutral to slightly positive it was mainly the angle here
