So basically my face looks quite angular when i cut out sugar for like 4-5days and if i eat sugar Gandy punishes me to Ramirez hell and my face looks extremely bloated

nah that's just cope. you probably aren't actually changing your body fat % in 4-5 days from cutting out sugar man. same experience here with the face thing though - tried it before, decent results but not crazy. if you wanna really see changes, gotta commit to a diet and workout routine for longer than that
