Its impossible to stay under 10 bf lifetime and anything that is temporarily = cope and if u dont have every bone shown in ur face at that bf u are boneless cuck

Depends on how ur body distributes fat. Ur already pretty lean, it’s most likely buccal fat that’s the issue, in which case you’d need to get buccal fat removal. Either that and/or u need more bone mass

yes i am really considering this operation but it seems like a controversial one! like it could cause increase nasolabial fold / aging etc. but i already had a consultation for this ( here in france surgeon are not the best..)

Anything is possible with enough dedication, if there are people that are morbidly obese their entire lives (and there are, tons actually) then I can't see why someone couldn't be sub 10% their entire lives.
