once I get a job I’ll be saving up for Damon braces and maybe a palatal expander in the future as well. I have a pretty bad overbite which I’ve made a thread on before. So besides that what can I do currently? I’m 15 and 5’9 around 156lbs (diet hasn’t been good at all recently)

I don’t think an expander can ascend u much, since your fwhr is already good. There is a procedure called "intraoral opening wedge bony genioplasty" that can increase the chin length, this can correct both the lower third and chin/philtrum and will surely ascend u.
