August 14, 2010 (15.10 years old), 55 kg, lean ectomorph (athletic build), ~173 cm in the morning and 171 cm in the evening. Father is 182 cm, mother is 164 cm. I recently had an X-ray, and the results indicate that the growth plates are nearly closed (according to AI analysis). I am also at Risser stage 3 (R3). My bone age is 4 months behind my chronological age. I would like to reach at least 180 cm, ideally 183 cm.
(I have attached photos of the hand X-ray below: the original and a restored version, as the original had glare and a monitor reflection. I have also attached photos showing my scoliosis and the doctor's prescription/recommendations.)

Ur growth plates will likely close at 16yrs so I HIGHLY recommend spamming anything possible to grow taller like hgh and letrozole for example to keep it open but you need to start asap or ur done

Letrozole is often considered the strongest/most potent option for delaying bone maturation and potentially increasing height potential in boys with open (or nearly closing) growth plates:


• It suppresses estrogen more effectively than Anastrozole in many studies.


• Evidence from trials in boys with short stature/delayed puberty shows it can slow bone age advancement and improve predicted adult height in some cases (sometimes combined with GH).


• Typical studied dose: 2.5 mg daily (off-label).


Anastrozole (1 mg daily) is a close second — slightly less potent but still effective and sometimes better tolerated or with more data in combination protocols.


Exemestane has the least data for this purpose and is generally not preferred

btw u have Mild scoliosis (6° Cobb angle, grade I, thoracolumbar, left-sided C-shaped, no rotation) its low risk but still potential for scoliosis increase with age and letrozole can make it worse
