oh yeahh fs thats why i havent cut it tbh i just dont wanna look more pudgy than i already do. kinda hit a plateau after i dropped down from 230 lbs i cant find a way to lose more weight.

Just do a calorie deficit man. And if you smoke weed that kinda makes the face kinda puffy . Not saying you do tho . But if you do man quit and you’ll see a change

nah no substances and yeah im at 1500 calories a day rn and thats what ove been doing but it seems to be doing nothing i think i needa start working out aswell
