I have been taking finasteride 0.5mg for two months, a few days ago I switched to dutasteride and I am also taking 0.5mg

Should I increase the dosage to stop hair loss faster?

You are definitely past Norwood 1, but not sure you are at stage 2 tbh, maybe 1.5.
