My advice to you is getting a palate expander plus what helped me is I drank 1l of raw milk everyday for 1 year and it gave me enough calcium for bone growth. Plus take some boron,magnesium and iron for better absorption

Raw milk has more nutrients. You dont know what they remove from pasteurised milk
