What surgeries or orthodontics procedures would you guys recommend besides double jaw surgery and ccw rotation and LL i’m 17 176cm and saving up right now to get what i need done by when i turn 20

and i have good genetics just like when i was younger before i got braces i got teeth removed and mouth breathed basically till i was 16 and had a really bad sleep schedule and diet till a year ago
