I have a. appointment coming up with my ortho soon and I’m gonna ask about possible surgery because my maxilla is definitely recessed and i have an edge to edge bite.

I was thinking I’d need a 3 piece lefort 1 (to advance my maxilla and widen my palate), BSSO to line up my bite, and a smal CCW rotation of both jaws. I’m curious as to what you guys have to say though and what movements (and amount of advancement) you think I’d need.

Set back with just bsso or no?
I mean could do a combo so the setback is less. But if he doesnt srt back he will look ogreish

lmao what is jutting
Jutting is pushing your lower jaw forward to align better and look like it has proper growth (recessed mandible cope)

Definitely not counterclockwise rotation. Probably just correct the proclination of your upper teeth and get lefort 1 advancement (possibly a little bit of downward movement) . also your chin seems to be prognathic by itself, could use a chin setback.
