Look into relaxing your frontalis muscle, the muscle that you use to frown and raise your eyebrows. Most people subconsciously have it tensed and it makes their brows look higher-set and UEE appear worse than they really are.
Lose weight, cut down to 10% body fat. And curl your eyelashes. Maybe look into getting a tan via MT or tanning drops (up to you).
