Wouldn’t Tretinoin be the better choice as it has less side affects?

tretinoin is much weaker than accutan, and accutan is actually works faster, sometimes u need to go on risk to get something

Not looking to hardmaxx my friend
Clear the skin: This is your #1 priority. Your bone structure is top-tier, but the acne/redness is distracting from it. Start a consistent routine: a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer, and specifically salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. If it doesn't clear up, see a dermatologist for tretinoin. Clear skin will make your facial angles pop.
Tame the "Fringe": You have great curls, but right now they’re sitting in a "bowl" shape that hides your forehead and makes your face look shorter. Get a taper fade on the sides and back. Keeping the sides tight will emphasize your cheekbones and make your face look more angular from the front.
Eyebrow Density: Your brows are a bit light/sparse. Don’t use makeup, but look into a growth serum or even lightly using rosemary oil to thicken them up. Darker, fuller brows will frame your eyes better and add masculinity to your mid-face.
Maximize the "Hollows": You already have the "hollow cheek" look starting in your profile view. To bring that out from the front, stay lean and stay hydrated. Avoid high-sodium foods that cause facial bloating (water retention), which can "fill in" those natural shadows under your cheekbones.
Lip Health: Use a non-shiny lip balm. Cracks or dryness break the "clean" look you’re going for.
Neck Training: Like the others, a thicker neck will make your strong jaw look even more proportional and powerful.

All doctors and dermatologists won’t prescribe me anything, I’ve been following a great skin care routine for over a year aswell, just wondering if there is any ways on how to source Tretinoin in the uk without prescription
