do your research watch up whats causing the bad skin in this region, as example for acne accutane can be good, and get the product that matches ur problem

also use vaseline on ur lips they look kinda dry

just to add; dont just use vaseline on your lips. you need to exfoliate (with a toothbrush) for example just for a bit like 15s. dont overdo/underdo just enough to make your lips feel tingly and then put vaseline overnight. will help.
Also, you arent unattractive, just need to clear up your acne and fix up your hair a bit by growing it out and adding some texture.
also, you may wanna trim the very top of your eyebrow (idk if you can tell but like theres a few strands that are very high up and it would look better shaped if they were trimmed with scissors. just be very careful!
