What is my SMV/PSL?

I started working out and plan on getting few minor cosmetic surgeries, what would ascend me the hardest?
I know my philtrum is pretty fucked but nothing I can do about it YET.

you cant even get a lip lift to help your philtrum. You already have full lips.

there is some surgery that will cut out the skin but it might leave a visible scar behind so I don't wanna do it yet

upper lip lift. It might look uncanny if u get it since you alrrady have full lips

Probably not.
It's like one of the hardest falios to fix and if you get a lip lift you will look uncanny since the philtrum is so long.

But on the serious, You would be chadlite if there werent for that philtrum, fuck man

Im slavic mine doesnt look so fucked(south slavic) look at my thred askin for a rate(literally the only one ive made)

you need a nose derotation it's too upturned and makes your philtrum look worse, that with a slight lip lift will make it a lot better otherwise youre a mogger
