True, I took the most visible line because the top of the frontal incisor is the most opaque in other scans, however in this scan the line is just slightly visible. This measurement is right:

I saw your face, side profile and skull scans and I wouldn't do it if I were you. Bimax is also unable to advance your upper maxilla, and advancing the lower without advancing the upper isn't optimal as it should move as one unit by nature.
To advance the upper maxilla surgically you would need a LF2+, and that procedure is highly dangerous.
If I were you I would just go to Dr Taban, and on top of that improve the posture + live functionally optimal.
Although you're 21, you may be able to notice some changes over the span of 4 years.
