If you expect soft maxxing then im sorry, for philtrum: Upper lip lift surgery and if the long philtrum is caused by the recession of pper teeth area(lower maxilla), lefort 1 wod help define that area better. Also mtnr is all genetics, can get rhino but idk I should see the face.
