What is needed to properly circumvent Twitter/ X perma ban?

Said in email "If you attempt to circumvent a ban by creating new accounts, we will also block those new accounts."
So what do i need, like a vpn, deleted cookies and cache, some special add ons and other browser?

So i will restart my router to get a new IP.
But they still have all the other info about my PC because of "digital footprints".
Downloaded this new browser 'Linken Sphere' and will create a new mail with it.
Hope it helps to protect me from these stalkers.

I don't think IP reset usually works. As for new mail if the IP is same it'll get busted soon. My first account got banned for asking some Islamist to kill himself but then I don't remember how I circumvented it to make new acc, been 2 years to that
