What is normal frame width

I just wanted to know what a normal width would be for someone who’s 190cm and 19yo. Also idk how exactly to measure it. Is it when the measuring band is bent or should it be as straight as possible? If its bent the widest part is currently 56cm. How can i increase this and is it considered a narrow width?
