What is optimal diet for 16-17 yr olds

I'm wondering what I should be eating right now to be as healthy as possible and squeeze out any more growth I got left. I most eat eggs, raw dairy, steak (raw or seared) and fish. Along with hydrating fruits, and avocado sometimes rarely some vegetables and goyslop.

Diet only matters if growth plates are open

If you really do care about maintaining every bit of nutrients, broil your steak, max nutrients with no risk of e-coli and anything. Add in potatoes and/or sweet potatoes for carbs and make sure you aren't eating in a calorie deficit if you want to squeeze out all the growing gains you can, make sure you're getting your fibre in as well because it'll help with better gut health and digestion

You should focus on micro nutrients during puberty, after which you only need to focus on macronutrients and not not eat processed shit.

I don’t look at eating slop/candy as diet it’s just not poisoning yourself.

Truth hurts I guess

I did a real primal diet during puberty, my HDL was 90, I grew 3 inches in a 1 1/2 years. Post puberty micronutrients aren’t essential.

Like 99% of food is processed slop so diet would for sure matter according to your guidelines

I consider a diet being tracking micronutrient, HDL/LDL, Alkaline phosphate, ect… which is difficult.

I don’t even view avoiding processed slop as diet. It’s just not poisoning yourself.
