and to add* scaleral show, bad eye color, undereye support looks lacking.

Lower eyelid retraction, contacts, fillers (only if your undereye support is actually mediocre, atleast judging from this pic it doesn't look good)

As for the medial canthus, there is no way to get it, unless you do a VERY specific surgery which is probably more complicated than Lefort 3 judging from the surgical operation done on patients.

That's just your skin following a curve pattern, it doesn't really classic as nice as more so average, when compared to gooks.

For reference, these are my eyes. (my eyes aren't actually NCT, its just the lateral canthus+ positioning of the camera which makes them look droopy) but you can see how my medial canthus acts as a position to START the eye area on a .--- point, instead of following a curve pattern which is yours, that of which follows like .>>>
