what is proper eyebrow routine

i have castor and peppermint oil rn, i've only been using castor oil to date. Am i supposed to mix both and apply at night, then rinse out in the morning? like what's the proper measures i have to take?

Mix 80% castor oil, 10% peppermint oil, 10% rosemary oil. Put on eyebrows and rinse in the morning, repeat.

Yes. You’re supposed to dilute peppermint oil.
Also, rinse it out in the morning. I usually re-apply afterwards though. So, I apply that stuff in the morning and right before bed.
