is there a specific time I should take because i heard diffrent times effect resutls and wont too much gh speed up my growth plates closing.
just take before sleep and also take erda and halo
isnt erda like super dangerous i dont wanna risk blindness just to grow taller also doesnt that much hgh make your growth plates closer
erda blindness is not permanent and u can mitigate the side i think and also hgh is not that main factor closing ur plates estrogen is
under 10 iu is cope if im not mistaken
do not take 10 iu everyday ^^
