Maxilla >5mm, not in terms of actual movement but the cut off for negative side effects unless big CCWR.

Mandible >10mm, bsso will always ascend you with no negative side effects.

I'm not sure about genio so can't comment.

What is CCWR?

Counter clockwise rotation, which will also allow for more mandible movement as well.

However it's a complicated technique and requires bonegrafts, and few surgeons employ it.

What is CCWR?
Basically its to decrease gonial angle and lower third height in functionality but yeah its tricky and often the results are lackluster from what ive seen

Bimax. It has it's purpose but thinking anything will change after it is wishful thinking
Yea from what I have seen it seems that genio is 50% of the result
