Is it eyebags, dark circles,…?

I believe it’s caused by having recessed infra orbitals, correct me if I’m wrong. Is there a fix for that?

Also, my UEE is terrible as you can see. I need some advice on how to fix that too if there is a wayi have such a shitty eye area
