He calls himself liver king. He is famous.

He has huge muscles and low body fat, most men want to have bigger muscles and lower body fat, it isn't that they want to look exactly like him., they think if they follow his channel they will learn some tricks. But the reality is he only looks like that because of PEDs and genetics. It is also possible he is entertaining, IDK, never watched his channel.

Presumably he is making money off his channel and the supplements he sells (if any). And he probably likes the attention.
