What is the ascension potential for open bite?

I have a pretty brutal bite. My bone structure is subhuman, but I have good soft features. so think jaw surgery could do a lot.
That nigga @russiancel mogs me and has a completely different pheno to mine, but we have similar downswung facial structure. And I've seen him whine about not being able to get surgery due to having a normal bite. What are my options as a nigga with a huge gap in his teeth, how would I go about looking into them, and how much would it cost me? I'm assuming there's cheaper surgery that will just fix your bite and potentially make you even uglier while you have to shell out more to get a blackpilled jewish surgeon

I have underbite and crossbite, i need segmental lf1 with ccw of both jaws.
