What is the average neck circumference (and how much can you increase it by gymmaxxing?)

My neck circumference is 15 inches which according to google is average (yet I feel as though it is small, especially considering I'm lean and have a small bone structure). Can anyone link studies below?

lol no one has ever claimed 4 inch average jfl, thats too low . Bluepill google says 5 inch is average (which is still too low imo)
