I personally think it's 75% looks and 25% personality. Your appearance matters a lot. If you're anything below LHTN then you need to show more personality while trying to ascend. But in the end, the more you look good the less your personality matters. For example if you're a ltn and have an amazing personality, girls would still dislike you mainly, it won't be enough. We can not see someone's personality with our eyes, what we see is them from outside.
