There's no point in a transplant without stopping the hair loss process in some way unless you get really lucky and get a NW3 that lasts 'till you're 80 years old which we can't predict. The only alternative to finasteride is RU58841. If you're not willing to take either of them then I wouldn't even bother honestly. The recovery time for each transplant will be a year and then growing it from a buzz will take god knows how long, the density will be poor and the cost will be insane.
