for backround im 14 rn im allr doing cardio (skipping 20- 30 mins a day and soccer 4 hours a week) and im tryna eat more potassium (1 bannana every day )nand lower my sodium intake but is there anything else i can do to debloat

im not tryna starve myself thats gonna fuck up my height growth
its not starving yourself if you have a big meal with meat , seafood, or eggs and such. alot of people do omad and dont get too hungry, especially carnivores

it wont mess up your growth, easiest way is to cut sodium for 24 hours, then from then on limit it. 4/1 ratio of potassium to sodium is usually the best. i personally drink no additive orange juice w extra pulp, 500mg per cup, with a banana and some dried apricots, icing the face can sometimes be cope if you have a high BF% but if you do it properly, from the inside of the cheek and outside evenly, itll do something.

Gua sha i have no idea.

Look up “cronometer” in the app store but don’t actually eat on a 1000 calorie deficit

also 1 banana every day isnt going to cut it, thats barely 500mg, compared to other people over 2000 in a sitting

its not lol. if you do omad with nutrient dense foods such as red meat its not gonna mess up your growth, im just suggesting a debloat method.

just fast from like 10 am to 5pm, then eat healthy, like i said above 4/1 ratio

alright bro, i personally dont track calories because i think its bs, i look at the nutrient profile specifically carbs and fat and i try to reach for a high-fat, low-carb ratio.

thatll help yeah, but drink water during your fast. going long periods of time without water releases chemicals, i lowk forget the names, and it tells the body to store excess water, drinking water will just prevent that.

in ur water u should add some lemon and a bit of salt, not too much js a little more than a pinch

dont wash your face with body wash in the shower
if u have blackheads and sebaceous filaments get Salicylic acid apply after wetting your face and letting it dry a lil, a tiny drop. then moisturize ur face
sleep on a silk pillow case
take care of your skin, so just simply shower after you workout, moisturize, and wash your face with a cleanser

ive been doing that since i was 14, im 16 now and ive yet to see any signs of acne
