what is the best aromatase inhibitors?

not looking for anything too crazy. the most common choices ive seen are arimidex or aromasin. Ive seen some a lot of people saying aromasin is better but it can mess up your hair. Will something like dutasteride prevent this? I've also seen that one is a "suicide inhibitor" and the other is not. What is the best overall pick?

Dude, whatever you can get your hands on, just run low dose, aromasin is more of a idiot proof one, less rebound if you hop off, but everything can be managed if you just tpaer off slowly. Currently on 0.25 arimidex every day.
