What is the best Boron brand and how much should I take?

I want to start taking boron to extend how long my growth plates stay open(I’m 15 and 5,9 for reference)

Took 12mg (double dose Swanson 6mg) for a week, felt more energy and libido for that time period, then it levelled out and i felt less effects. Now i fluctuate between 6mg and 10mg on some days (10mg from mulitivitamin), see some benefits but i think there might be some kind of tolerance.
