your coloring rn is good but your hair color looks undefined, idk how to describe it

I'd suggest either dyeing it black & getting pale skin
or dyeing it much lighter blonde and keeping tanned skin

its completely up to you and depends on how long you maintain tans for. do what you think is best

light blonde hair blue eyes world wide is the best, for europe probably black hair blue eyes
