Canthoplasty - Is it permament , can you get it as a male without looking like a "fag"?
Canthopexy - I dont even know what to ask here

Seems like these are the main options, my lower eyelid is saggy on the outer side of my eyes , i just want to fix them by lifting them up, im really not sure what i should do , i have enough money so i can support myself , and i really want to change my eye area , but that is probably one of the most hard things to change in terms of facial surgery.

Dont really need it in my case , thats why i didnt mention it + its done on old people mainly , all i need is my outer corner of lower eyelid to be lifted little , but i dont wanna end up looking like a girl
