I have upper eyelid exposure, eyebags, sunken eyes, negative tilt and negative orbital vector.

I may have the worst eye area on this forum.

Can anyone suggest the best surgeries for my eyes?

I'm considering orbital decompression, any thoughts? Good quality input would be greatly appreciated.

canthoplasty, probably fat grafts, infra implants, and u can go on from there
