oral minox is stronger
you could also just drink topical

applying minox on the scalp topical isnt as effective as oral minox

Oral minox tends to be more effective, but also comes with a higher chance of severe side effects (oral is absorbed at a 100:1 rate compared to topical)

You can increase the efficacy of topical minoxidil by using a dermaroller 1-2 a week (0,25mm or 0,5mm)
