What is the best gym split for skinny newbies?

I was going for upper lower then start next week lower upper for 2.5 even muscle work frequency but people have been telling me different on tiktok, i tried to find research and i still cant find a good split for skinny starters because the information is different and people have different opinions

full body 2-3x/week
or upper/lower 3-4x if you’re not a lazy fuck

eat more
progressive overload
sleep

tiktok splits = no real gains
