What is the best hair regrowth supplement?

I've read somewhere that minoxodil can't be used for curing baldness in the front of the scalp. What are the best supplements for hair regrowth

Minoxidil is fine you just have to re apply it or you lose your gains. Combine with micro needling and it's probably the most cost effective empirically researched option.
