What is the best hardmaxing for zygos?

My cheekbones have good frontal projection but not lateral, and I'd like to change that. I'm 18 years old; maybe it will improve naturally a little. But if I want to do hardmaxxing someday, which one would give the best results? I talked to my dentist about this and she mentioned MARPE/SARPE, but I have doubts about the results.
